Our client is based on Ballymount Road, Dublin 12 and is currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Administrator.
This is a permanent role and salary is €37 – €40k pa. Hours are 8 – 4.30pm.
DUTIES OF THE ROLE
· Supporting Field Based staff with administration tasks
· Updating & maintaining databases & Excel spreadsheets
· Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with general customer queries
· Service & Sales Order Processing
· Service & Sales Invoicing
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :
· Excellent written communication skills
· Strong administration skills with excellent MS Word and Excel
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Customer Focused
· Minimum 4 years experience is a similar role
