Customer Care Administrator D12 32k Permanent

Anna O Mara of Executive Edge is currently recruiting for a client based in Dublin 12.  They want an experienced Customer Care Administrator to join their team.

This is a permanent role and salary is €32,000 plus bonus, pension and healthcare.

DUTIES OF THE ROLE :

• Processing incoming orders in a timely & efficient manner
• Dealing with customer queries and ensuring satisfactory conclusion reached
• Responsible for updating routing and ops on collection and service issues
• Liaise closely with the sales team to ensure a timely response to all sales queries and bookings
• Produce accurate and timely reports to ensure the correct information is circulating within the team
• Work closely with Ops to ensure orders are correctly processed and the return method is as per agreement
• Liaise with head of sales on any major service issues
• Monthly reporting on Key Performance Indicators

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :

• At least 2-3 years’ previous experience in a busy Customer Service role
• High standards of accuracy and attention to detail, with excellent problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build, maintain and manage relationships
• Teamwork and flexibility are important aspects of the role
• Strong organisational skills with ability to effectively and prioritise workload
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment and on own initiative
• Excellent IT competence, to include a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Customer focused
