Customer Care Administrator D12 Permanent

Our client is based in Ballymount Dublin 12 and is currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

This is a permanent role and salary is €38 / €40k depending on experience, plus bonuses.

DUTIES OF THE ROLE :

  • Processing incoming orders in a timely & efficient manner
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints, ensuring satisfactory conclusion reached
  • Reporting QC issues to suppliers
  • Liaise closely with the sales & logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monthly reporting

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :

  • Experience dealing with the construction sector ideally
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer Focused
  • Problem solving & resolution skills
  • Initiative
  • Experience of computerised sales & stock systems & MS Suite
