Our client is based in Dundrum D16 and is currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Sales Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support while assisting the sales team with administrative tasks. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth by effectively managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate sales records. If you have a passion for customer care, sales, and administrative tasks, along with excellent communication and organizational skills, this role is perfect for you.
This is a permanent role and salary is €30 – €40k pa plus pension, bonus and healthcare. Hybrid working is offered after training period.
