Customer Care Admin Temporary Assignment Contract

Our client is based in Fonthill in Clondalkin, Dublin 22 and is currently recruiting for a Customer Care Administrator to join their team.

This is a 6 month contract with a view to permanency.

Salary is €13 / hour.

DUTIES OF THE ROLE

  • Working as part of the customer service team, managing inbound calls to the customer service office.
  • Respond in a timely manner to customer queries and complaints
  • Process customer orders and liaise with customers regarding deliveries.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Good listening, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literacy (MS Word & Excel).
