Commercial Finance Manager-FM

Our Client, a leading Facilities firm, are currently seeking an experienced, professional Commercial Finance Manager with a passion for increasing growth by identifying new commercial opportunities.

The ideal candidate is a creative, strategic thinker with excellent organisational abilities but is committed to maintaining a constant awareness of trends and market conditions, to provide strategic advice to upper management.

The Role:

• Work in partnership with the Senior Management Team to identify commercial opportunities and risks within our contracts
• Maximise efficiency and productivity through process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration
• Interrogate MIS to enable sound commercial judgement for decision making
• Develop and implement commercial improvement plans and identify issues or risks that will impact contract retention
• Develop and retain strategic partnerships with key client stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with group contract review procedure process for bid/no bid and commercial solutions
• Analyse current processes and performance, recommend/ implement solutions for improvement
• Establish Continuous Improvement processes.

The Person:

• Completed 3rd level qualification
• CIMA/ACCA accreditation – desirable
• Demonstrable track record within IFM markets – an advantage
