Commercial Contract Manager / Technical Industry (Remote/Hybrid working)

Our client is Technical Specialist company with highly ambition plans and seeking a Commercial Manager to oversee and manage the commercial aspects of company’s key projects.  This role involves a combination of business, technical, financial and managerial skills to ensure the company’s success in a competitive market. Here are some key responsibilities and tasks associated with the role.

• Contract Negotiations: Negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, partners, and clients to ensure favourable terms and conditions for the company. This includes pricing, service levels, and other commercial aspects.
• Revenue Management: Monitor and analyze the company’s revenue streams, ensuring that targets are met and identifying areas for improvement. Implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to maximize revenue.
• Customer Relationship Management: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Address customer concerns and feedback to maintain positive relationships.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes that could impact the telecommunications market. Use this information to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. Ensure that financial objectives are met by controlling costs, optimizing resource allocation, and tracking key performance indicators.
• Partnership Management: Collaborate with partners, such as equipment manufacturers, technology providers, and other stakeholders, to ensure effective collaboration and mutual success.
• Contract Management: Oversee the lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and compliance. Ensure that contracts are in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the company’s operations or financial performance. This includes assessing market risks, regulatory compliance, and potential disruptions.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals and foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, policies, and standards related to telecommunications. Ensure that the company’s operations and offerings comply with relevant laws.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on the company’s financial performance, market trends, and key performance indicators. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments.
• Project Management: Oversee the implementation of new projects, services, or initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with internal teams, external partners, and clients. Strong communication skills are essential for negotiations, problem-solving, and maintaining relationships.
