Civil Engineer – Northern Ireland

Our clients are a company supplying deep excavation support systems to the civil engineering and construction business, with offices in Lisburn which manages their Northern Irish and British customers.

They are engaged in Steel sheet piling in the Irish and U.K market, servicing a well-established network of clients.

The company has a rapidly expanding portfolio of work in GB, predominantly in large marine works working for N.I. main contractors. They are currently looking to recruit a Contract Engineer to manage specific marine contracts based in GB.

The Role:

This role involves the management of all on site activities relating to the delivery of their programme of works. When not on site, the role will involve work on the preparation of quotations and other pre commencement tasks. The role is a senior position within a very fast moving and dynamic company, with an exciting growth potential.

The Person:

The person will be a qualified Civil engineer with at least 5 years site experience. A knowledge of piling operations, as well as the NI construction industry would be an advantage.

A willingness to spend time in GB as well as regular travel to Lisburn/Naas will be essential.
