Our client is well known telecoms brand seeking a Business Manager for the Irish Market.  Dublin West.  Salary: €40K-€45 all doe plus excellent bonus, car allowance and pension.

Responsibilities:

• Work alongside Country Manager to plan and deliver long term growth and sales targets.
• Assists in setting quarterly account plans and goals that increase market share and contribute to
• growth.
• Manage operator and retailer accounts, operating as a key point of contact for all sales and Go-to-market activities.
• Develop and execute tactical plans.
• Develop opportunities with current customer base as well as identifying and developing new customers.
• Work alongside supply chain team to ensure an optimal level of stock is maintained – includes responsibility for product forecasting, demand planning and weekly reports.
• Ongoing analysis of the local industry trends and competitor activity.

Background/Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience in Account Management and Business Development process in telecommunications industry
• Strong understanding and of the operator, retail and B2B environment and channel dynamics in country.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to quantitatively analyze business models and ROI.
• Resilience and adaptability to work in a start up environment.
• Achievement and motivation – driven to succeed.
• Accountability – responsible for their own success or failure.
• Strong organization, time management and ability to prioritize.
• Successful track record in growing volume technology products and services while continuing to improve operational excellence, meeting targets and customer satisfaction
