Business Intelligence Analyst

As our Group Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be gathering and collating business data to create high quality reports and user-friendly dashboards. You will be instrumental in developing and continuously improving the business intelligence function across all areas of the business. This is an exciting and busy role with great potential to grow and develop.

The Role:

• Provide insightful information that supports data driven decision making at all levels of management
• Work collaboratively with the business to establish the information requirements and ensure reporting is user friendly, accessible, accurate and consistent.
• Manage the process to design, build and test reporting templates and analysis tools
• Drive standardisation of data input and reporting processes e.g., automated reports and interactive dashboards in Power BI
• Evaluate and improve existing Business intelligence solutions and reporting channels working with IT to ensure a solid technical platform

The Person:

• Advanced Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, ETL framework, MS Excel skills and other visualisation tools
• 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Successfully work as part of a wider Management Information team Eye for detail, data analysis skills and excellent at problem solving ability
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels with Bidvest Noonan
• Hands on, results-orientated with a can-do mentality
