Billing Administrator / Accounts Receivable D24 €40k Permanent

Our client is based in Tallaght D24 and is currently recruiting for an experienced Billing Administrator / Accounts Receivable person to join their team.

This is a permanent, office based role and salary is circa €35k – 40k pa

DUTIES OF THE ROLE

• Preparation of Bordereaux and Claims submissions for Insurance Companies
• Ensuring all claims are registered on a timely basis
• Collection of all monies and allocation of cash (circa 40 accounts)
• Preparation and analysis of Aged Debt reporting for management.
• Provide Credit Control assistance in the implementation of SAP financials
• Manage Trade and Fleet accounts, in conjunction with Accounts Receivable Assistant
• Day to day management of Data processor and Accounts Receivable Assistant.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Experienced in AR / Credit Control
• Strong Excel ability
• Experience of SAP ideally but not essentially
• Insurance Industry Experience would be an advantage but not a requirement
