Bathroom Sales Specialist / Dublin West

Our client is seek a Bathroom Sales Specialist who will be responsible for generating sales by identifying potential customers, providing product information, and delivering excellent customer service. They will work closely with customers to understand their needs and help them find the best bathroom products to meet their requirements. Excellent remuneration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming customers, answering their questions, and providing product information
• Identify potential customers and follow up on leads to generate new business
• Maintain and develop relationships with customers through regular contact and follow-up
• Attend trade shows and events to generate new leads and build the company’s brand
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and help them find the best bathroom products to meet their requirements
• Provide accurate quotes, pricing information, and product recommendations to customers
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities
• Work with internal teams to coordinate the delivery and installation of products
• Achieve and exceed sales targets on a regular basis
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the bathroom, wood, stone or tiles improvement industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of bathroom products and industry trends is an asset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
