Aftersales Administrator Clondalkin D22 Permanent

Our client is based in Clondalkin, Dublin 22 and is currently recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Administrator to join their team.

This is a permanent, office based role and salary is €35k plus pension.

DUTIES OF THE POSITION

  • Service Department support
  • Warranty support
  • Dealer network compliance
  • Supporting the continuing ISO 9000 accreditation standards
  • Reporting
  • Working with marketing Team on campaigns
  • Administration of the company time management system
  • General Office administration and maintenance

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :

  • Minimum  2 years’ experience working in administrative roles
  • Motor Trade Experience will be an advantage
  • Excellent IT Skills, including MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player
