Administrator 12 month contract D24 Contract

Our client is based in Tallaght, Dublin 24 and is currently recruiting for a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join their team on a maternity cover assignment.

Salary €32 – €35k pa.

DUTIES OF THE ROLE  :

• Collate and input hours worked by employees onto the payroll system (Zellis) accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage reports for SOZ (Safety, Operations, and Zero Defects) compliance, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and up-to-date.
• Liaise with site technicians and clients to obtain and manage documentation related to contracts and projects.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of contract documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
• Assist in the preparation of contracts, purchase orders, and other legal documents as required.
• Coordinate with internal departments, such as finance and HR, to resolve any issues related to contract administration.
• Monitor contract deliverables and deadlines, and proactively communicate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Support the Contracts Manager in various administrative tasks.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :

• Previous experience in contract administration or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment.
