Accounts Payable Citywest Business Park D24 Permanent

Our client is based in Citywest Business Park, Tallaght, Dublin 24 and is currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join their busy and expanding team.

This is a permanent role with a salary of circa €35k pa plus pension.  Hours are very flexible

DUTIES OF THE ROLE  :

• Matching creditor invoices to related orders/PODs.

• Set up of vendor/creditor accounts (both euro and sterling) on accounting system along with completion of supplier account forms.
• Processing Accounts Payable Invoices and Credit Notes.
• Ensuring the correct VAT treatment for invoices.
• Resolving invoice discrepancies
• Preparing and processing accounts payable payments to Vendors
• Processing Non Creditor payments
• Reconciliation of Vendor accounts
• Assisting in the preparation of creditor, expenditure and statistical reports

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :

• Minimum 3 years accounts payable experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Excellent MS Word & Excel.
• Experience assisting payroll would be beneficial
