Human Resource Business Partner / Contract
Our client is a very reputable company seeking an HR Business Partner specialising in TUPE to work with HR professionals. Based in Dublin West. 18 Month Contract. Salary: Circa €60K – €80K all doe.
To be part of the HR team in delivering a comprehensive HR service to the business
Responsible for whole TUPE and Organisational Structure Project
Very strong previous experience in transfer of employees under TUPE essential
Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement
Performance management: coaching employees/ managers on performance management issues and processes.
Training and development; Support the central team Learning and development
Provide HR advice to employees throughout all stages of the employee life cycle,
Supporting employees on company benefits.
Policy and procedures implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes
Thorough knowledge of ROI employee legislation and experience in working with Trade Unions
HR Compliance requirements
Compliance: Statutory requirements / Contracts
To track compliance of HR policies, documents, processes employment letters etc.
To monitor actions taken on non-compliances
To advise changes in HR policies, documents, processes based on actions required for compliance
Enhance compliance processes/workflows/way of working for smoother operations and to safeguard organization’s interest.
Third level HR Degree
5+ years HR TUPE experience ESSENTIAL
Handle multiple priorities and initiate, lead and manage change
Project management and complex problem-solving skills, along with strong process skills
Portray strong facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution skills
Possess expertise in Industrial relations, Change-managements and core HR competencies
Think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans
