Showrooms Administrator D24 Permanent

Our client is based in Tallaght, Dublin 24 and is currently recruiting for an experienced Showrooms  Administrator to play a crucial role in maintaining high standards within their state of the art showroom.

This is a permanent role and salary is circa €40k pa plus bonus & pension.

DUTIES OF THE ROLE

• Maintain high standards in the showroom, ensuring it is always at its best.
• Work with Retail Operations Manager to maximize sales by displaying the depth of our range of products in the showroom.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures in a retail environment.
• Schedule works for new settings/displays in the showroom and communicate this to the business.
• Track KPIs set to measure the success of display settings.
• Work with external service providers to secure high service levels and competitive pricing on showroom projects.
• Liaise with Logistics team to secure new display stock in a timely manner and identify clearance stock for sale in the showroom clearance area.
• Monitor clearance in store and general sale items linked to the website in conjunction with our web sales team.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Department regarding sale period changeovers on a quarterly basis.
• Showroom POS – maintain labels and labelling systems, coordinate changeovers with Logistics on price increases and Support Team for labelling of product.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a professional retail environment.
• Experience in visual merchandising and project management is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and resolution skills linked with the ability to handle issues using a balance of initiative and use of systems and showroom management support.
• Full driver’s license.
• In-house training provided for Intact System.
• Enthusiastic personality with a proactive attitude to customers and a genuine desire to help support a positive team environment coupled with high levels of self-motivation.
