Customer Care Agent D24

Our client is based in Citywest Business Park in Dublin 24 and they are urgently recruiting for experienced Customer Care agents to join their fantastic team.
These roles are 6 month contracts with a view to permanency. €11.28 / hour.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :
• Pleasant & professional telephone manner
• Be relatively technically minded
• Previous experience in call centre or customer care role or retail environment
• Experience in a pressured environment
• Microsoft Office experience – Outlook, Word & Excel are essential
• Good typing skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Available to work variety of shifts & occasional weekends (either Saturday or Sunday)
