Trainee Accountant D22 Permanent

Our Client is based in Dublin 22 and is urgently recruiting for a permanent Trainee Accountant to join their busy team.

Salary is €35 – €40k depending on experience plus attractive package (Pension, healthcare, bonuses etc.).
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE :

  • Assisting in preparation of month end/year end accounts
  • Reconciliations, journals and accruals
  • Daily check of Imports and Sales with correction and Investigation of any differences.
  • Credit Note creations.
  • Creation of all manual invoices and credit notes.
  • Preparation of the month end stock reconciliation –
  • Assist in the work required for audit purposes

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Ability to use excel to prepare reconciliations, reports and to sort and filter data.
  • Familiar with other Microsoft office tools (Word/PowerPoint)
  • Ability to use both AS400 and SAP
  • Studying for ACCA or CIMA etc.
