Our clients, a large firm in the Telecoms sector, are looking to recruit a Service Policy Analyst This is a permanent role, with an excellent opportunity to shape Telecoms Services.

The successful candidate will be an excellent project manager, with superb analytical and drafting skills.

The Role:

• Consider regulatory policy issues
• Understand, analyse and critique industry data and regulatory information
• Explore possible regulatory options and their impact to address relevant regulatory policy issues
• Manage relevant data and information collection
• Stakeholder engagement – both internal and external
• Explore possible regulatory options and their impact to address relevant regulatory policy
• Communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely
• Develop excellent working relationships with relevant economic, financial and legal experts/consultants (internal/external)
• Drafting documents using logical structure and clear and concise language.
• Undertake any other duties that may reasonably be required from time to time to support the team
• Identify relevant information requirements and data sources
• Understand, analyse and critique industry data and regulatory information
• Manage relevant data and information collection

The Person:

• Degree in law/business/ economics/accounting/ or appropriate alternative
• Experience of drafting complex documents in coherent manner to communicate to a diverse audience
• Commercial business experience (including transferrable skills from other sectors)
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Self-motivated team player
• Excellent project and time management skills
• Excellent IT skills with proven ability to learn new systems quickly
• Good Numeracy skills
• Regulatory drafting experience an advantage
