Service Co Ordinator Sales Admin D24 Permanent

Our client is based in Dublin 24 and is currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator / Service Co Ordinator to join their busy and expanding team.

This is a permanent role and hours are 8.30am – 5pm Mon – Thurs.  4pm on Friday.

Salary is €33k -€35k plus bonuses & pension.

DUTIES OF THE ROLE

  • Processing quotations, sales orders & invoices
  • Tracking of purchase orders to suppliers
  • Ensuring purchase orders are delivered on time
  • Preparation of method statements
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Liaising with service engineers and co ordinating service schedules
  • Managing site documentation
  • Scheduling Engineers fights, visas & appointments

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Min 4 years in a busy sales admin role
  • Ideally some experience of ISO procedures
  • Excellent MS Suite skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
