Sales Executive / Packaging

Our client is a long-established unique packaging company based in Kildare.  Seeking a an experienced Sales Executive to bring their expertise and knowledge.  Covering all of Ireland.  Salary: €65K – €70K, commission and car. 

The Role:

• In conjunction with the Sales Team generate and implement a packaging sales strategy to expand and develop the business.
• Work closely with strategic partners to develop solutions to meet current and developing needs of customers.
• Target and develop new sales relationships to increase sales volume and maximize profitability.
• Develop Key Account strategy and identify key customers that can be targeted to grow and develop the business.
• Improve margin and organic growth with existing business customers through a proactive sales/service relationship and awareness of customer needs.
• Achieve the agreed sales / development plans managing resources to the agreed budget targets.
• Manage the introduction of new customers into the business
• Report in a timely manner as set out by Manager using reporting structures and tools
• Develop and maintain professional customer relationships to improve the flow of communication & understanding to the business.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the market and provide detailed market analysis
• Provide forecasting necessary to manage the sales activity/planning and development.

The Candidate:

• Proven strong packaging sales experience
• Excellent communication skills and building business relationships
• Demonstrate a high degree of innovation, perseverance and resilience.
• Ability to negotiate commercial terms for both short and long term business.
