Sales Administrator 12 month contract Contract

Our client is based in Citywest Business Park, Dublin 24 and is currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their busy team to cover a 12 month maternity leave assignment.

 

Salary is €33 – €35k depending on experience.

 

 

DUTIES OF THE ROLE :

 

  • Dealing with sales enquiries.
  • Processing orders
  • Daily invoice run
  • Produce monthly reports
  • Provide Sales administrative support
  • Produce daily customer order report
  • Responsible for stationery and brochure ordering
  • Accounts payable administration.

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :

 

  • Ideally some motor industry experience
  • Highly IT proficient
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Organised with strong administration skills
  • Full clean driving licence
