Part Time Receptionist Afternoons Permanent

Our client is based in Dublin 22 and is currently recruiting for a part time Receptionist / Administrator to cover afternoons from 1pm to 6pm Monday to Friday.

 

DUTIES OF THE ROLE :

  • Maintain a welcoming and inviting reception experience
  • Meet and Greet Visitors
  • Managing Busy Switch
  • Diary management – arrange meetings, on-site events, couriers, taxis etc
  • Managing all incoming & outgoing post
  • Supporting the HR and Facilities Team with Administration duties.

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :

 

 

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in a busy reception / administrative role.
  • Excellent MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Possess an eagerness to learn with a strong work ethic
  • Be team orientated with flexible approach to changing business priorities
