HR Admin/Generalist –  Long Term Contract (D22 Hybrid Model)

Salary: €35K – €40K

The Role: 

• Recruitment/Induction and time & attendance system management of any contractual changes.
• Recruitment: Co-ordination; screening; interviewing; verifying reference; work permits; medicals and credit checks. Support for new starters and liaison with SMT for effective onboarding.
• Management of the Annual Graduate Recruitment Programme.
• Support for Head of Function in the direct implementation of and phasing in of Hybrid working model in line with Government guidelines.
• Management of H&S requirements – training; first aiders; fire and evacuation procedures; incident reporting and insurer notification.
• Internal Communications lead – Calendars, newsletters and staff meetings.
• Roll out and communication of GPTW survey results to the business.
• HR Data management and Reporting
• HR policy updates in line with legislative and other changes.
• HR advisory and support on policy aspects across all teams and management.
• HR Benefits Administration.
• Support for ad-hoc HR projects to drive change, culture and engagement
• Training and Development support

The Candidate:

• 3^rd level HR Degree
• Strong HR Admin/Generalist experience ideally with knowledge of a portal system
• Excellent communication skills and very capable on working on own initiative
• HR Project experience
• This will suit a candidate who can hit the ground running and willing to learn
