Financial Services Sales Team Lead Permanent

Our client is a blue chip company based in Dublin 22. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Financial Services Sales Team Leader.

This is a permanent role and salary is €45k pa plus pension, bonuses and generous holiday allowance.

THE ROLE:

· Lead drive for new business

· Lead sales / customer care team

· Mentor & manage team (including performance rating, setting targets etc).

· Daily and monthly reporting and KPI analysis

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

· Sales focused

· Financial Services experience essential

· Outbound & inbound team lead experience essential

· Min 2 years Team Leader / Supervisor experience

· Self driven and self motivated

· Goal driven

· Strong commercial awareness
