Finance Manager – Dublin 24 

Our clients, part of a multi-national company, are looking for an Accountant to join their team to manager their Account Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger Accounting.  Reporting to the Finance Director this role is integral to the smooth running of the Finance department and in ensuring that the business needs are provided for and that the required controls are in place and adhered to.

The Role:

• Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts including analytical review
• Support various projects, e.g. D365 stabilization, Invoice backlog
• Process and procedure evaluation and improvement
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Consolidation of administrative processes and procedures in our local entity as well as harmonization with the processes of Group
• Fixed assets, receivables, payables, and liabilities management
• Ensure on-time preparation of annual financial statements
• Contact person for auditors, tax advisors and external partners

The Person:

• CIMA, ACCA, ACA Qualified
• Several years of professional experience in industry
• Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines to ensure compliance requirements are met
• Excellent People Management skills.
• Drive and ambition to make positive business process transformation.
• Strong logic and problem-solving competencies
• Excellent organisational skills
• Experience using D365 desirable
• Confident, motivated and embraces change
• Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills
