Customer Care Administrator D18 Permanent

Our client is based in Dublin 18 and is urgently recruiting for an additional Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

 

This is a permanent role and salary is €28 – 32k.

 

Job Description:

 

  • Process customer orders and liaise with customers regarding deliveries.
  • Prepare Customer Reports as required.
  • Maintain and update customer data
  • Deal with Customer queries.
  • Pro actively liaise daily with Customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Person Specification

 

  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Self motivated, enthusiastic, driven and has the ability to work as part of a team and on own their initiative.
  • Strong Customer Focus.
  • Computer literacy. Proficiency in Microsoft and Web based applications.
