Business Development Manager / Dublin North

Our client is a service solutions company seeking a Business Development Manager to identify and target new business opportunities.  Territory:  Salary: €60K – €85K all doe with uncapped bonus and benefits.  Excellent opportunity.

The Role:

• Proactively manage pipeline process from prospect through to close of sale while achieving agreed sales targets
• Operate in a professional manner and as ambassador for the company
• Achieve agreed sales targets and personal objectives
• Identify and target potential clients, proactively network and building relationships
• Complete regular market, competitor and sector analysis
• Proactively work on the project pipeline
• Ensure that all information contained within bids is accurate and that the commercial solution detailed can be delivered
• Work across other department with bid documents and presentations
• Follow business process for new contract set-ups
• Ensure handover to Operations is seamless

The Candidate:

• Facilities management or similar industry essential
• Strong sales experience selling into healthcare / sciences
• Excellent at building relationships at all levels
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong professional networking experience
• Project management lead
• Strong commercial awareness
