Assistant Credit Controller Contract

Our client is based in Dublin 22 and is currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Credit Controller to join their team.

This is a 12 month contract initially with opportunity for permanency.  Salary is €30 – €35k depending on experience.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Minimum 3 years experience working in credit control/accounts receivable.
• Proven track record in achieving strong results.
• Strong negotiating skills.
• Relevant qualification in Credit Control / Debt Management or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills
• Experience of Intact Accounting System would be beneficial.

DUTIES OF THE ROLE

• Management of the Debtors Ledger,
• Contacting customers via phone, emails and letters requesting payment.
• Dealing with account
• Where collection efforts fail, escalating the matter to the Senior Credit Controller.
• To issue all invoices, credit notes and monthly statements.
• Daily posting of all payments/refunds
• Setting up new customers accounts
• Facilitation of phased payments arranged by Sales Dept.
• To process the Rebate Scheme payments.
