Administrator Order Processor €28k 6 month contract Contract

Our client is based in Citywest Business Park, Tallaght, Dublin 24 and they are currently recruiting for an experienced Order Processor / Administrator to join their team.

This is initially a 6 month contract.  It is expected that this will be extended.

Salary €28k.  Immediate start.

DUTIES OF THE ROLE

• Processing orders in the SAP system
• Be dedicated point of contact for both external and internal customers (Sales/Support/Commercial)
• Creation of invoices & issuing of credit notes
• Providing post-sales support
• Dealing with internal/external customer queries
• Use own initiative to improve processes and drive efficiency in the team

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Basic Finance/Accounting knowledge
• 1-2 years related experience an advantage.
• Experience with SAP systems is preferable but not essential
• Quick learner, adaptable and able to use own initiative
• Organization & time management skills are essential with the capacity to multi-task
• Proactive and responsible approach to customer support
• Team player
• Quality driven with excellent attention to detail
• Good Excel-Word and Outlook experience
