HR Business Partner / Dublin West – Hybrid

Our client is seeking a HR Business Partner to join their team for aligning HR strategies and initiatives with overall business objectives. You will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support in various HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and HR policy implementation. The HR Business Partner will play a crucial role in driving employee engagement, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.  Salary guide: €70K – €75K plus benefits.

The Role:

• Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies that support the achievement of business goals.
• Provide guidance and support on talent acquisition, including workforce planning, recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees.
• Support performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance reviews, and individual development plans.
• Advise and coach managers on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
• Collaborate with leaders and employees to identify and address training and development needs, and facilitate the implementation of learning programs.
• Support organizational development efforts, including change management, succession planning, and workforce restructuring.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and propose solutions to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness.
• Act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related inquiries and issues.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in HR, and proactively recommend improvements to HR programs and processes.

 The Candidate:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
• Proven experience as a HR Business Partner role.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand and align HR strategies with organizational goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to provide strategic HR advice and ER guidance to senior leaders.
• Experience in talent management, including recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
• A team player is essential
